⚠️ Important Installation Note
This handle is a direct replacement, however it relies on the door latch and actuator operating correctly.
If the latch or actuator is worn, stiff, or misaligned, it can place excess load on the handle and lead to premature failure.
If your door is hard to open, not releasing smoothly, or feels stiff, we strongly recommend checking or replacing the latch / actuator mechanism during installation.

This product is backed by a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
The warranty applies to faults in the handle itself under normal use.
Not covered:
- Failure caused by worn or faulty door latch / actuator
- Hard or stiff door operation placing excess load on the handle
- Incorrect installation, misuse, or forced operation
- External damage or general wear and tear
If a fault is suspected, the item may need to be returned for inspection before any replacement or resolution is provided.
