  • If you change your mind on a non special request item we will only offer store credit up to the value of your order excluding any shipping costs already incurred if applicable.
  • No refund will be issued on any special request item
  • We reserve the right to inspect any items subject to warranty claims prior to issuing a refund or replacement item.
