Professionally refurbished by Scales Snails Turbocharger Upgrades, the K04 Factory Mazdaspeed turbo undergoes meticulous reconditioning to ensure optimal performance.
As turbos age with mileage, common indicators of wear such as smoky exhausts and heightened oil consumption become more prevalent. These reconditioned Scales Snails turbos address these issues by integrating a new CHRA (Center Housing Rotating Assembly) custom-built to Scales Snails specifications. It boasts a 20% larger dual oil port thrust bearing, an upgraded turbine seal, and undergoes VSR (Vibration Sorting Rig) balancing during assembly. This meticulous process results in an enhanced level of balance, promoting superior performance and longevity.
Each turbo is accompanied by the necessary hardware and gaskets.
All prices include a refundable $250 bond which is refundable upon sending us your old turbo.Â
Returning label for freght will be subtracted from bond.
